Truman - Mick & Jeff Schwent Take the Win

Tough tourney at Truman. Mother Nature has not been very good to us all year. Truman was no exception. Thunderstorms on Sunday were a curse for some and a blessing for others.

Winning Anglers

1st Place -- Mick Schwent and Jeff Schwent

Neither angler weighed in fish on Saturday. Sunday was a totally different story. Mick weighed in two fish and Jeff weighed in a limit of 5. Total team weight was 20.09lbs. They took home $168.00 for the first place win. Mick and Jeff reported they caught the 7 fish on Blue Fleck Power Worms.

2nd Place -- John Luzynski and Dave McGarity
John and Dave had another very impressive outing. Both anglers weighed in two fish for the weekend. They held the lead on Saturday and slipped to 2nd place on Sunday. They reported using Brush Hogs.

3rd Place -- Terry Stanek and Bob Treadway
Neither angler could snag a keeper on Saturday. Terry’s 3.19 lb Hawg on Sunday was enough to lock them into 3rd place. Bob and Terry reported they used shad colored crankbaits.
