Family Tournament Rules for “Boat” and “Bank”
LakeWapppapello, June 28 – 29, 2008

A)    Participants in the Family “Boat” Tournament must be members of the Hawg Hawlers Bass Club. Membership is free for those anglers who are 15 and under, or 65 and older, or who are otherwise exempt from having a fishing permit.
B)     The “Boat” Tournament is “team” fishing only. There must be two anglers per boat.
C)    The “Boat” Tournament is not a regular season tournament. No Angler of the Year points will be awarded for fishing this tournament. Fishing the Family Tournament will count as one of two tournaments needed to qualify to attend the Awards Dinner free.
D)    There are two entry fees for the “Boat” Tournament. The “normal” entry fee is $50 per boat. The “family” entry fee is $25 per boat and applies if you fish with a family member, youth (15 yrs. or under) or a senior (65 yrs. or older).
E)     Payout for the “Boat” Tournament and Big Bass payout will be determined by the dollar amount collected from entry fees and any other money collected specifically for the Family Tournament.
F)     There will be an “optional” $10 (per boat) 50/50 Big Bass side pot, half paid to the participating Angler weighing in the heaviest bass of the tournament and half will be used to pay for other Family Tournament expenses such as plaques and attendance prizes (in both adult and youth categories).
G)    The 15 inch minimum length limit will not apply to the Family Tournament (this tournament only). All other regular season Hawg Hawlers Tournament Rules apply to the “Boat” Tournament.
H)   ”Boat” Tournament plaques for the Family Tournament Champs and Family Tournament Big Bass will be presented at the Awards Dinner in October.
I)    A Campfire will be held Saturday night with hotdogs and marshmallows for all.
J)       A Family “Bank” Tournament will be held on Saturday. Family members and friends of any Hawg Hawlers Bass Club members are eligible to fish the Family “Bank” Tournament at no cost.
K)    Entrants for the “Bank” Tournament may fish from the bank for any species of fish.
L)     ”Bank” Tournament attendance prizes and trophies for the largest catches will be awarded Saturday night at the Campfire.
